Archi.Texture Vol.1

Cath001 is a composition by Hervé Boghossian called Archi.Texture Vol.1 that utilises specially recorded pieces by John Tilbury and Mark Wastell to create the finished work.
Archi.Texture is a project that pays ‘tribute’ to the instrumentation of traditional music styles, focussing the textural qualities of each instrument using computer processing.
The project will run for three volumes. The first volume utilises instrumentation common to contemporary composition. Each track of this CD is a composition in its own right, and the composer invites the listener to use tracks one and two to create his own composition.
